        每次可同時清洗二件;最大可清洗2.6米長、直徑“12”石英管;全面的防酸防腐處理技術;自動轉(zhuǎn)動及抽排風系統(tǒng)。 槽體材料選用NPP材料，可選配酸槽，酸洗槽的化學液排放可選手動或電動，石英管轉(zhuǎn)動方式為自動，沖洗槽具有DI水注入、排放、沖洗功能參數(shù)由用戶設定，槽內(nèi)傳輸有手動、自動方式可選，可選氮氣烘干系統(tǒng)，具有故障提示，報警等功能

         It can clean two parts simultaneously; 2.6 meters long, 12” diameter maximum.   General acid-proof and rot-proof treatment technology; automatic turning and draft system. Slot material is NPP; acid slot is available. Acid cleaning slot for discharge the chemical liquid can be either manually or electrically. Quartz turns automatically. Washing slot has functions of filling DI water, discharging and washing; the parameter can be set by the user. Transmission in the slot can be either manually or automatically; nitrogen drying is available. It has malfunction indication and alarming function.
